Beltinka’s mission is to use our extraordinary knowledge and technological capacity to produce knitted products of highest quality and thus satisfy the wishes and requests of our customers. At present, Beltinka employs around 40 employees and is thus classified as a small-sized company. We work with international clients mainly in the high-end and premium market.

Production
Our core activity is knitting of men’s and women’s clothing as well as technical textile. We produce primarily sweaters, jumpers, cardigans as well as women’s dresses, skirts and different fashion accessories, as well as technical textile for footwear industry.
Materials
The main input materials for the manufacturing process are high quality yarn with different thickness and composition. We mostly use yarn from wool and cotton, as well as silk, alpaca fur and cashmere fur. With ablution and by means of adding different additives, the knitted parts get the desired touch.
Facilities
Beltinka’s production consists of the following departments:
knitting,
sewing,
washing, and
ironing.
The knitting department has 17 advanced computer-guided CNC knitting machines. We use Stoll knitting machines with the gauge 5, 8, 12 and 18. Once the knitting is completed, the first quality control is performed whereby semi-finished products are forwarded to the washing treatment and the ironing room, before the final stage in the sewing room.
We have 60 different machines in the sewing room, which enable all forms of confectioning. We have 15 machines for linking of gauges 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 20.
This stage is followed by a re-examination under bright lights and by final ironing under given measurements we ensure the product to gain its right appearance and touch.
Upon the ironing process, the product is once again inspected and thereupon equipped with the necessary labels and packaging.
